Which tools and platforms do you work with?

Do we need to modify our existing systems?

No. Our platforms connect to your current tools through hundreds of ready-to-use connectors and APIs: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, your ERP, your CRM and more. In the vast majority of cases, no changes to your systems are needed. We adapt to your environment, not the other way around.

Where is our data hosted?

You choose. We run automations either on Microsoft (Power Automate, AI Builder, Copilot) or on Infomaniak, a Swiss provider, depending on your data residency and sovereignty needs. Either way, your data stays in environments you control and that meet Swiss expectations.

How quickly are the first automations up and running?

Our first simple flows can be in production within 2 to 4 weeks. For more complex integrations across several systems, or for agentic solutions, allow 6 to 10 weeks. We systematically prioritise quick wins: high-impact automations with fast deployment, so you see tangible results before the end of the first month.

Who operates the automations after deployment?

We do. Our support contract includes monitoring, rapid correction in case of anomalies and regular optimisations across every platform we deploy. You don't need an in-house Power Automate or n8n expert. We handle the technical complexity, you reap the benefits.
