Where is our data hosted?
In Switzerland. The platform runs on Swiss infrastructure, and the language models we use are hosted in Switzerland or the European Union. Your data does not travel to a US service.
Is our instance shared with other clients?
No. Every client gets a dedicated instance with its own database and its own storage. That is an architectural decision made at the outset, not a paid upgrade. For property management or fiduciary services, separation has to be real rather than logical. Our approach follows the principles of ISO 42001 and ISO 27001, applied by design.
Which AI model do you use?
Open models that we run on our own infrastructure in Switzerland, on our own GPUs. We do not depend on a US provider to process your business data. The specific model will evolve with the state of the art; the sovereign hosting principle does not.
Can we get our data out if we leave?
Yes, at any time and with no exit fee. Your records, documents and templates belong to you and export in open formats. Business software that keeps clients through the difficulty of leaving is bad business software.
How is the platform priced?
A subscription covering your dedicated instance, its hosting, its upkeep and support, plus the initial setup of your business pack. The amount depends on the number of users and the volume processed. We put a figure on it after a first conversation, with no obligation.
