Requests received in Outlook, SharePoint files and Teams approvals can form a working process. We verify the required connectors, permissions and licences before confirming the solution.
A practical example to scope
Illustrative example: an email starts the preparation of a record, a document is filed in the agreed location and a person reviews the request. Exceptions are identified for handling. This describes a possible workflow, not a measured client result.
Automation and AI where useful

Deploy and monitor
We prepare a limited scope, check permissions and test normal cases as well as failures. The project then specifies monitoring, responsibilities and maintenance terms. Licences and external services are identified in the quotation.
