Automations & Power Automate flows
Approvals, data entry, notifications, sync jobs: we build the automations and Power Automate flows that take the manual work off your team. Once shipped, these are the same flows our Automation service then runs and looks after for you day to day.
MCPs & Kubernetes containers
The plumbing under the hood: Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that give your AI safe, structured access to your tools and data, packaged as Kubernetes containers that deploy cleanly and scale with demand. Built once, run anywhere you host them.

Discovery
We dig into the need you want solved: how the process runs today, what data you have, the technical constraints and what good looks like. The phase ends with a clear spec we sign off together before any code is written.
Design
We map the architecture: the stack, the data flows, the interfaces and where it plugs into your systems. You sign off on every structural decision, so there are no surprises once the build is under way.
Build
Our team writes the software in short cycles with regular check-ins. You follow progress as it happens, test on your real data and reset priorities at each iteration, moving forward with us rather than waiting on us.
Launch & iterate
We roll the software out to production in stages, then handle monitoring, stabilisation and the first round of improvements. Delivery is not the end of the relationship: it is exactly where it starts.

Built to run, then run for you
We build your automations and Power Automate flows on the Microsoft 365 stack, tested on your real data before they go live. Once shipped, our Automation service takes over operating and maintaining them, so what we build here keeps running smoothly.

What is the difference between the Factory and a standard SaaS product?
A SaaS product is one generic tool sold to everyone. The Factory is the opposite: we write software from scratch around your need, your data and your existing tools, so it fits you rather than forcing you to fit it. The result is a custom build that matches how you actually work, with no compromises baked in.
What are the typical delivery timelines?
A first working build, not a demo but software running on your real data, is usually ready in 4 to 8 weeks depending on complexity. We work in short cycles with regular check-ins, so you move forward with us rather than waiting for results. Larger projects are split into milestones, each one shipping something useful.
Who owns the code or solution developed?
The software we build for you is entirely yours. On final delivery you get the source code, the technical documentation and full rights to use, modify and deploy it, whether on the Microsoft stack or Swiss-hosted with Infomaniak. There is no lock-in to our infrastructure or our licences: you stay in control of your tool.
How does the Factory relate to Automation?
They are two sides of the same coin. The Factory builds and ships your custom software, including the automations and MCPs that connect your tools. Our Automation service then operates and maintains them day to day: running the flows, watching for failures and keeping everything connected. The Factory ships it; Automation keeps it running. You can use either on its own, or both together.
