Microsoft Copilot & Syntex, or Swiss-hosted Infomaniak

A document-centric AI assistant
for the files you live in.

Documents is a document-centric AI assistant for your Office files, PDFs and web pages. It drafts, edits, summarizes, transforms and extracts, then hands you a finished Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF or HTML file. You ask in plain language; it does the heavy lifting.

Word, Excel, PPT, PDF, HTML Swiss-hosted option Works in plain language

The problem we solve

Documents still eat your week

Writing the report, reformatting the deck, copying figures into a spreadsheet, cleaning up the PDF. The work is the document itself, and most of it is repetitive. The assistant takes the first draft off your hands.

From a prompt to a finished file

Describe what you need in plain language and the assistant produces the actual document: a Word report, an Excel model, a PowerPoint deck, a clean PDF. No blank page, no boilerplate. You start from a solid draft and refine from there.

Works on the documents you already have

Hand it an existing file and it rewrites, restructures, summarizes, translates or pulls out exactly the figures you need. It reads your PDFs, spreadsheets and decks, then gives you back a cleaner, finished version.

Speaks your house style

Point the assistant at your templates, branding and past documents, and what it produces matches your tone and layout from the start. The output looks like it came from your team, because it follows your rules.

What it handles

How it works

From a source to a finished document

Four steps, one smooth flow: you ask, it works, you review, it delivers.

You give it the source

Start from a plain-language request, or hand the assistant the raw material: an existing file, an email with attachments, a scan or a web page. It takes in whatever you have and gets to work.

It drafts, edits and transforms

The assistant understands the content, context and structure, then does the work: writing, rewriting, summarizing, reformatting, translating or pulling out figures. It can also extract clean data from messy PDFs and scans (with Microsoft Syntex where you need it).

You review and refine

The result comes back as a real, editable file in your house style. Read it, tweak it, or just tell the assistant what to change in plain language. You keep control of the final version, and it learns from your corrections.

It delivers, where you work

Save the finished file to SharePoint, send it on, or let it trigger the next step: a Teams notification, an ERP or CRM entry, a Power Automate approval. The document turns into an action, on Microsoft or on Swiss-hosted Infomaniak, whichever you run.

Frequently asked questions

What you're probably wondering

What can the assistant actually produce?

Finished files, not just answers in a chat window. Ask it to draft a Word contract, build an Excel model, turn a brief into a PowerPoint deck, generate a clean PDF or assemble an HTML page. It can also work on documents you already have: rewrite, restructure, summarize, translate or pull out the figures you need.

Which file formats can it read and write?

It reads and produces Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF and HTML, and it can take in scanned images, emails with attachments and web pages as sources. If you can open it on your computer, the assistant can work with it. For heavily degraded or unusual files, we confirm feasibility during the initial audit.

Does it follow our templates and house style?

Yes. We point the assistant at your own templates, branding and sample documents so what it produces matches your house style out of the box. With a handful of examples per document type it learns your structure, tone and layout, and you can keep refining the result in plain language until it is right.

Where does our data live? Is it sent to third-party servers?

You choose the home. On Microsoft, everything runs inside your Microsoft 365 tenant (Copilot and Syntex) in Swiss or EU data centres, with ISO 27001, SOC 2 and GDPR coverage. For full Swiss data sovereignty, we deploy on Infomaniak, hosted entirely in Switzerland, so your documents never leave the country. Either way, we configure retention and access to fit the FADP.

Can we review what the assistant produces before it goes out?

Always. Every document the assistant generates lands as a draft you can read, edit and approve, and you can set steps that require a sign-off in Teams before anything is sent or filed. You stay in control of the final version, and the assistant gets better as it learns from your corrections.
